Open the app and pick a username. There's no password. Then set your canvas: on Android, set Fresynco as your live wallpaper; on iOS, long-press your home screen → Edit → Add Widget and choose Fresynco. Finally, share your friend code so friends can connect.

Find your friend code on the home screen and send it to a friend. They tap + Add friend and enter your code (or you enter theirs). Friendship is mutual, so once it's confirmed you can both draw on each other's canvases.

Only friends you've confirmed. Anyone in your friends list can add strokes; only you, the owner, can clear your canvas.

Updates are live within about a second while the relevant surface is active. On Android, the live wallpaper connects while your home screen is visible; strokes drawn while it was asleep appear the next time you view your home screen. On iOS, the widget updates immediately while the app is open and otherwise refreshes periodically (iOS controls that budget), or sooner via a background notification.

iOS does not allow apps to change the wallpaper, so Fresynco uses a home-screen widget. While the app is closed, iOS refreshes widgets on its own schedule. We also use silent push notifications to wake the app and refresh sooner when a friend draws, but the timing is ultimately controlled by iOS.

Check your internet connection and try reopening the app. If it persists, make sure you're on the latest version. Still stuck? Email us with your username and device and we'll investigate.

Fresynco Canvas offers a one-time Remove Ads purchase in the app. After buying, in-app ads are turned off on your account.

Open the app and use Restore Purchases (in settings). Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store / Google Play account you purchased with. If it still doesn't restore, contact us.

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are handled through them: on iOS via reportaproblem.apple.com, and on Android via the Google Play order history.

Both are shown on the app's home screen while you're signed in. If you've lost access to your account, contact us with any details you remember and we'll do our best to help.

In your friends list, tap the flag icon next to a user and choose “Report & block.” That immediately blocks them, removes their drawings from your canvas, and stops them from reconnecting unless you unblock them (from the Blocked list on the home screen). We review every report and act on abusive users, typically within 24 hours. You can also email kent@kenttechinc.com.
